Agjensia EFA (Eagle Football Agency) është krijuar për të mbrojtur të drejtat e lojtarëve. Për ti përfaqësuar ata në mënyrë profesionale në lidhjet e kontratave dhe menaxhime të ndryshme brenda dhe jashtë fushës.
Në vitin 2012 kjo agjenci është krijuar nga z. Andi MATRAXHIU. Tashmë kompania ka edhe bashkëpuntor të tjerë tepër të interesuar për këtë punë dhe profesionistë në detyrat e tyre.
Agjencia jonë operon më shumë në Shqipëri ku numëron shumë transferime të suksesshme. Ndërkohë që nuk kanë munguar edhe transferimet në skuadrat e huaja nëpër botë.
Lojtarët nëse përfaqësohen nga ne kanë të garantuar cdo pikë të kontratës së tyre që do të lidhen me klubet. Gjithashtu mbështetje juridiko-sportive për cdo problem që do të kenë me kontratat e tyre dhe jo vetëm.
Gjithashtu, stradegjia jonë lidhet edhe me lojtarë të rinj dhe të talentuar, të cilët duhet në fillim të bindin agjentët tanë dhe më pas të jenë pjesë e jona. Më pas atyre u krijohet mundësia për tu provuar brenda dhe jashtë vendit për të treguar talentin e tyre.
Për të suportuar në aspetik juridik bashkëpunimi me Studion Ligjore “Libra” e ka bërë më të lehtë punën e kompanisë sonë. Kjo studio ka eksperienca të konsiderueshme ligjore dhe i ndjekë me profesionalizëm hap pas hapi cdo problem të lojtarëve tanë.

EFA Agency (Eagle Football Agency) is founded with the intent to protect the rights of players. Also to represent them professionally in regards to their contracts and various management on and off the field.
This agency has been created in 2012 from Mr. Andi Matraxhiu. The company has already many collaborators interested in this line of work and proffessional in their field.
Our agency operates mainly in Albania where it accounts for many successful transfers. Meantime, many international transfers have also been completed.
The players that choose to be represented by us have every part of their contract with their clubs guaranteed. There is also sport-judiciary support in case of any contractual issues or otherwise.
Also, our strategy focuses a lot with young and talented players, which at first must make a good impression on our managers and then can become part of our agency. Then, these players will be given the opportunity to be tested in trials domestically and in foreign clubs where they can demonstrate their talents.
In order to provide judicial support, the collaboration with in house lawyer Av. Alban Alimema has eased the work of our agency. This lawyer has substantial judicial experience and follows up closely every possible problem of our players.
Our managerial agency EFA is available and welcomes the collaboration with any professional player and also youth.
